| Students must formally withdraw from the Franciscan School of Theology or from individual courses. Refunds will issued at the following rates: | ||

| All accounts must be paid during the first week of classes or a payment plan arranged with the Chief Financial Officer of FST. Accounts may be paid in cash, money order, or by check. Because of the high processing fees, FST no longer accepts credit card payments for tuition and fees. Before any diploma or official transcript is released, all financial accounts must be paid in full. | ||
| *Intersession: For FST students who are enrolled full-time in Fall Semester, there is no charge for one 1.5 unit intersession class. Additional units for full-time students are charged at the regular part-time rate, as are all intersession units for other students. **Continuing Registration Fee: MTS students who are no longer registered for courses and have not completed the thesis required for the degree will be charged a fee of $2000.00 per semester to keep their degree candidacy active.
