Professor Michael Guinan wins Catholic Press Association 2008 Press Awards

Michael Guinan, OFM, Professor of Old Testament and Semitic Languages, placed second in the Catholic Press Association’s  2008 Press Awards in the Best Essay – General Interest Newsletters category for his article Creationism: What’s a Catholic to Do? published in “Catholic Update” (October 2007).  He placed third in the Best Feature Article – General Interest Newsletters category for his article Adam, Eve, & Original Sin published in “Catholic Update” (May 2007).
