After years of parish ministry and administration, Andrew created and teaches a practical course in Church administration designed for students of different denominations training for ministry. Andrew is also the Director of Information Systems for the Diocese of Oakland.

This course offers a comprehensive examination of
church and pastoral administration, developing an
understanding of and the practical skills for
working in non-profit management. With a multi-denominational and multi-cultural perspective, the
issues covered include mission, finances,
facilities, communication, personnel, leadership
skills and organizational management.
