FST, a member school of the GTU, is a community of learning, teaching, and ministry, providing scholarship for both the head and heart. As such, there are regular opportunities to study, pray, eat, and play together.

FST Student LeadershipPlans activities at FST and with the other schools of the GTU such as, special liturgical celebrations, social events and trips. Students are involved in all areas of the school, playing an important advisory role in staff, faculty, and board meetings – providing a voice for all students.

The San Francisco Bay Area – Whatever your interests may be in the arts or recreation, you are sure to find a home in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Bay Area is home to many world-class arts organizations. Our students are a short-trip from some of the world’s best opera, symphony, and ballet performances. It is also a center of multicultural music, theater, and museums, from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art to a street fair in Sausalito. The natural beauty of the region is renowned – whether you like to hike, surf, sail, run, bicycle or simply like to find a place to sit and relax. America’s most recognized wine-producing region, Napa Valley, beautiful Marin and Sonoma Counties, and Yosemite National Park are all within a short-drive of the FST campus.

Students with Disabilities - The GTU participates in a consortium-wide “Students with Disabilities” policy which benefits from a collaborative arrangement with the University of California at Berkeley (effective, fall, 2006).  The policy strives for consistent and equitable student access to educational opportunities throughout the GTU.  In particular, it addresses a differently-able student’s ability to fulfill degree and certificate course and program requirements.  The policy covers GTU library use, student advising, GTU classroom activities and requirements, program exams, and capstone experiences such as theses and dissertations.  It does not address extracurricular events sponsored by GTU member institutions, student housing, and administrative activities (e.g. registration, access to facilities, etc.). For more information, click through to the GTU's Students With Disabilities policy.
