Dr. Jeffrey M. Burns, Assistant Professor of US Church History is the recipient of the Benemerenti Award granted by Pope Benedict XVI to recognize his service to the Archives of the Archdiocese of San Francisco.

Fr. Joseph Chinnici, OFM has received the 2011 First Place Catholic Book Pastoral Ministry Award from the Catholic Press Association of the United States and Canada for his book When Values Collide: The Catholic Church, Sexual Abuse, and the Challenges of Leadership published by Orbis Books.

Mohr Siebeck has published Egypt as Place of Refuge by Fr. Garrett Galvin, OFM, Assistant Professor of Sacred Scripture.
