Graduation Request
Graduation Application Requests are $100, payable by check or money order or credit card ($1.00 Processing fee).
Please also submit the Intent to Graduate Form (in Google shared folder) to your academic advisor.

Important Information
- Academic Regalia: Submit the Intent to Graduate Form to Joe Lonergan (jlonergan@fst.edu) to ensure you have the appropriate academic regalia for the ceremony. Caps, gowns, and hoods will be rentals. Please reach out to Joe Lonergan if you are interested in purchasing one of these items.
- Tickets: Each graduate will receive a limited number of seats reserved for family and friends. Please indicate the number of guests you plan to bring on the Graduation Logistics form.
- Photography: Professional photographers will be present to capture your special moment. Don’t forget to smile for the camera!
- Accessibility: If you or your guests have any special accessibility needs, please let us know in advance, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
